Is there a song that no matter how many times you listen to it, no matter how many times you'll sing along with it, it will always move you. The song could move you to pure happiness, or contentment, maybe peace, the felling of love or hope, or whatever that feeling may be, i have one song that moves me so greatly, no matter the amount of times i listen to it, it'll always move me...

The song that moves me greatly, is also a favourite song of mine, the song is Love In The Ice, sung by DBSK. The song moves me to tears each time i hear it, for the song just really is truly a song that is totally about me.. now that can sound so totally vain i know, but no i do not say that in vainity, i say it in all utter truth and honesty. maybe i'm still not explaining myself properly. so i think that i'll put up the words to the song, and then explain what this song truly means to me....

So for me, and the way i see the meaning, is that he is singing to a girl whom he loves, and is trying to let her know that. But she is afraid of being hurt once again, and so has closed her heart to love. but he's saying open up to me, listen and feel what i'm saying to you for it's true, i love you, i'll never hurt you, let me show you my love. so that is how i view the song, and it's insanely true for me for, i have been through many abusive relationships and now i struggle to trust, let alone let any guy come close enough to me, to allow any spark/chemistry begin, for i don't want to be hurt again.. so everytime i hear this song, i'm moved to tears it's like it's being sung directly to me, like they saw into my heart and know all i've been through, and want to let me know that it's okay to let someone in , to allow love, to not guard your heart against love... and kim junsu's voice, just really hits right home there in my heart, his voice is so amazing, it's beautiful, and the girl he marries shall be the most blessed girl in the world (yes i do wish and hope that mayb it'll be me, but that is a dream.. mayb it'll come true..) so yer that is why i love this song so much, and why it means so much to me....

well it's bin just over 3months since i was last on here, or posted anything for that matter... i've been going through a really hard time, as a childhood friend of mine passed away... he was a big brother to me... but i just haven't been able to write anything..... T_T He was driving home after meeting up with a couple of friends, when a drunk driver went through a red light, and went straight through his car. it's been a really hard thing to deal with, because i still had to do my internship at church, i had to still go to college, when all i wanted was to curl up and cry my heart out... i miss him so much. I miss his smile, and the way he would taunt me about anything and everything, the twinkle that would be in his eye when he would be up to no good, his laugh was so contagious you couldn't help but laugh along... but now the hallways are empty, his laughter no longer ringing out, his smile no longer lighting up your day.. he's not here to get you into his random mischef, no1 taunts me bout anything.. he was a big brother to me... the first time i met him, he was so out-there and random. i was just sitting there with one of my friends when he bumbled up to us,and said "Hi There, I'm Sam!" from that day onwards we never looked back.. he was there always and now he's gone... and it hurts so much to know that i can't run down the street to his house, and spend hours just hanging out with him, i'll never see him again, i won't be able to hug him.. he had so many dreams, and now none of them will be seen through...

it's just made me really see that life is the most totally precious gift we have.. it's easy to say that life is precious and take care of it, but you don't fully realise the extent of how precious life truly is... and i know Sam wouldn't want me to be sitting here, with tears rolling down my face, missing him so much, he'd be wanting me to be out there, trying to live life, as much as possible, but it's so hard, he was my big brother and now he's gone... so before you complain about life, stop and have a look at how truly blessed you are... for life can be taken in an instant... truly treasure your life....

OK,.... wooo! haha! okies well the fact is.. i'm bored! lol! yes i sld go and finish one of my art projects that i'm working on, but... at the moment i'm not really feelin' mah "art vibe". lol! ok i bet y'all are like wot the? basically i'll only do art if i'm feelin arty, and well i was feeling arty 45min, that's why i was doing art.. and then of cousre sumone completely came in, and well it was mah lil bro... and he decided he would play wit his cars, rite in MY art room! lol! not good, i totally didn't feel anymore.. lol! so i'm bumming on here!! i hope y'all are having a totally uber awesum saturday!!! WOOOO!!! okies! lol! neways... it's really warm today! ugh! coz it means my paint dries quickly in this heat... lol! neways nuf bout mah lack of art vibe atm!! it's coffee time! >.<

hehe! ^-^ ok so i'm really happy rite now.. coz ova here in perth we've had non-stop weather in the high 30's to mid 40's for lyk aaages!!! and i love love love the hot weather.. but i'm starting to miss the winter weather where you can suggle up, all cozy and warm... and rite now a storm is brewing!!! a nice huge summer storm!!! ahhhh!! i'm so excited!! i'm watching the clouds rolling in... they are so big and black!! the rumble of thunder, and flash of lightning, it's just so so EXHILARATING!!! hopefully it will rain, and that it won't pass over us, and go on out to the sea!!!!! hehe!!! wooooo!!! have you ever been so excited to have a storm come in??? i don't know bout y'all! but i LOVE storms!! hehe!! they are so breath-taking to watch!! just sitting by a window, on the couch, ~~snuggled up, safe and warm~~ watching the amazing storm happening outside!! mmmm.... and i love the smell of the rain!!! it's like God just refreshes the whole world!! everything is new again!!! i love the damp feel of the rain!! tho mah hair dusn't really like it! lol! have you ever watched how the first drops of rain look so kool on the roof tops, or on the ground? how like they are darker in colour and are awesum shapes!!! neways!! i'm off to watch the storm!!!! take care y'all!!! have an awesum day!!!!!

Ok so...

i have realised that i post up wayyy too many surveys, that i fill out! yes it's an obsession of myn that i have, but it also fill up my boredom! lol! which then leads me to say that i obviously get bored very easily!! and that is very true of me!! i have a ~~very short~~ attention span! lol! I have to always be active, i absolutely hate to sit still! why sit still, when you can get up, and explore the area around you! even if it's just a walk through your neighbourhood!! i love to keep active, and i love to play sports! lol! soccer (football), tennis, and netball are my fave sports! but anyways, i hate to be cooped up inside, when i can just be outside, in the awesum weather!! even if it's raining, i will go outside! unless.. my mum manages to ban me frm going outside... ie- i'm sick! lol! but anyways! tomorrow i'm 17!! AHHHHHHHHHHH! Ok so it's mah birthday on Friday (25th Jan) and i'll be 17! wooo! *huge kiddy smile* it's exciting, and yet at the same time it's nerve racking! it means i'm getting older, i'm starting to grow up and leave teenage, and childhood years behind! I'll soon be an adult, and wot am i gunna do then?! for those who know me, i am ~~uber~~ bouncy, outgoing, bubbly, happy, crazy, and spontaneous! I cannot sit still no matter how hard i try! it's a part of me, and i'm young at heart, and carefree, so when i'm an adult, will i ever be able to be the true me? or will i have to "grow up" as older people say. Coz i certainly will never b a serious person! so this year i'm going to have as much fun as possible!! though i do have to ~~work on my birthday!~~ which is a bummer! but oh-well! that's life! It's part of my internship, so i can't really ask for the night off, coz i have to do a certain amount of hours each week, in my internship and the only days that i don't have classes, are the day si do my internship! oh-well! though i'm having my best friend sleep over the night before! we're going to spend the whole night watching DBSK dvd's! ok so i was just going through a bunch of poems that i had to write for english, and i found this one particular poem, that i would like to share with you all. This poem is particularally close to my heart because it is what i often deal with on a daily basis, an yes the pain is slowly easing over time but wot quite a few people will think is that it will instanly disappear over night. I know that there are some people out there who have been through what i have been through... I have had quite a few boyfriends in my past, and each of them were the same, just different faces. I was verbally, and physically abused, an even my closest friend (we'd known each other since kindergarten) he too ended up doing the same thing. and so i want to say that there is hope for a new day. each day brings a new beginning, and i've only just recently come to realise this, through the help of our one mighty God, and with the help of my counsellor. and now you're probably thinking, wot help is a shrink, all they do is sit there and analyse you, but that's not the case.. anyways i'll let you have a read of the poem, and let me know what you think etc...

Hey Y'all!!

well i'm back! bin awhile since i last posted on here. It's now 2008!! YAY! uber excited about the year ahead! So for the reason of me gone for so long, is that my friend's parents were in a car crash, and so i went over to her house an stayed there with her.

Well i must say that this year is going to be very different for me! you see last year i was in year 11, an i went on a missions trip to thailand. (i'll be putting up a post a bit later on about that) While i was there in thailand, i felt God calling me to be a missions worker. To go back into asia, and spread God's word to everyone. So i came back from the missions trip, and told my parents that i wanted to go to bible college next year (2008) instead of doing year 12. My parents agreed, and so in one and a half months i will start a course at bible college in intercultural ministry!! i'm uber excited about it, but it will be very different from attending school 5 days a week!! neways i've been blabbing for ages now, so i'll let y'all go! but yer that's jus a lil bit bout me! lol!

The beauty in rain....

Ever stared out of the window when it's pouring with rain, and felt a certain peace, and calmness come upon you?.. Ever thought how beautiful the world is even when it's raining?? Well that's what i have thought, and felt this afternoon...
It has been raining all day long here in little old perth.. and so i decided to sit down with a good book, and hot chocolate curled up on the couch which looks out the window.. the rain began to beat down harder.. and so i looked up from my book, and stared out onto the world which lay in front of me.. usually for me whenever it's raining, i'm miserable and unpleasant.. because all i want to do is go outdoors... i'm the kind of person who loves the outdoors... and so when it's raining it's not the best...
But this time when i looked out the window... i didn't feel miserable... i felt an unusual peace, and calmness come upon me..
Cars would drive by slowly... the water splashing out from underneath the wheels.. and you could see the birds fly about in a flurry of feathers.. trying to find someplace to shelter from the rain... the ground was quickly soaking up the rain.. thankful for the drink after such dry weather... you could almost see the flowers smiling from the refreshing rain... and from where i sat there staring out upon everything.. the whole world looked beautiful... though it was raining... i now see rain in a different way.. even though i may not be able to go outside... i can now stay inside and watch the beauty that rain brings....

I was just listening to the song "My Little Princess" by DBSK... Lately I've been kinda down, wondering if i will ever find true love... It's almost christmas, and seeing all the couples around me, makes me feel sad, lonely, hollow, and wondering if there is something wrong with me... Now don't get me wrong, being single is wonderful, for you don't have to worry about wether your other half is there to stay.. but sometimes i would just like to hav the feeling of his arms around me, holding me safe, and sound in his loving embrace.. But I am not just going to date anyone...for me dating is almost like marriage...for the person i will date one is the person that i would like to be with for the rest of my life... So anyways.. this song by DBSK.. is undeniably sweet, and kind of gave me the hope, and determination not to give up just yet on love... for in all of God's perfect timing.. that special someone will come along...
So For all those fellow single people.. don't lose hope this season.. hold your head up high, knowing that when that special someone comes along.. it will be true love....
